Description
A refreshing and unique beverage combining the floral notes of elderflower with the tartness of hibiscus, perfect for warm days.
Ingredients

- 1 cup elderflower cordial
- 1/2 cup dried hibiscus flowers
- 4 cups sparkling water
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil and add the dried hibiscus flowers. Let it steep for about 10 minutes.
- Strain the hibiscus tea into a pitcher and let it cool.
- Add the elderflower cordial and fresh lemon juice to the cooled hibiscus tea.
- Just before serving, add the sparkling water and stir gently.
- Serve over ice cubes and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less elderflower cordial.
- For a non-alcoholic version, ensure all ingredients are alcohol-free.
- This drink can be made in advance; just add the sparkling water right before serving.
