Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a bowl, sift together almond flour and powdered sugar.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until foamy, then add cream of tartar and continue beating until soft peaks form.
  4. Gradually add granulated sugar while beating until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the almond flour mixture into the egg whites until fully combined.
  6. Pipe the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Let the macarons sit for 30 minutes to form a skin.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, then let cool completely.
  9. Once cooled, decorate with edible glitter.
