Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour with salt.
  3. Incorporate the softened butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Slowly add the ice water, stirring until the dough holds together.
  5. Roll out the dough and fit it into a 9-inch tart pan, pressing it evenly along the bottom and sides.
  6. In another bowl, beat the eggs with the milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until smooth and frothy.
  7. Evenly distribute the drained tuna over the prepared crust, followed by the grated cheddar cheese.
  8. Carefully pour the egg mixture over the top, ensuring it covers all the ingredients.
  9. If desired, sprinkle the sliced green onions on top for added flavor.
