Ingredients
Scale
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Notes
- For added flavor, consider marinating the chicken in a mixture of olive oil, lemon juice, and spices for a few hours before cooking.
