Ingredients

  • 45 large peaches, peeled and sliced (or 1 can of peaches, drained)
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Melt butter in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Whisk flour, sugar, and milk in a bowl until smooth.
  • Pour batter over melted butter (do not stir).
  • Arrange peach slices evenly over the batter.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.

Notes

  • If using canned peaches, be sure to drain them first.
