- 1/2 cup butter
- 4–5 large peaches, peeled and sliced (or 1 can of peaches, drained)
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Melt butter in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Whisk flour, sugar, and milk in a bowl until smooth.
- Pour batter over melted butter (do not stir).
- Arrange peach slices evenly over the batter.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
Notes
- If using canned peaches, be sure to drain them first.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream for an extra special treat.
