- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 ½ cups cold milk
- 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping (plus extra for garnish)
- Crushed graham crackers or wafer cookies (optional topping)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes until thickened.
- Gently fold in whipped cream to create a light and fluffy filling.
- Place 2–3 banana slices at the bottom of each mini pie crust.
- Spoon the pudding mixture over the bananas, filling each crust.
- Top with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of crushed cookies if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
