- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 egg

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the drained salmon, almond flour, chopped green onions, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or salad.
