  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, and cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
  5. Fold in the shredded mozzarella cheese and parsley if using.
  6. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a flatbread on the prepared baking sheet, about 1/4 inch thick.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and brush with additional melted butter if desired. Let cool slightly before serving.
