  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and sauté for about 5-7 minutes, or until the onions are soft and translucent.
  3. Stir in the garlic powder, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and sautéed onion mixture. Mix well until the cheese is evenly distributed.
  5. In another bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs and melted butter. Mix until the breadcrumbs are well coated.
