Create fun holiday treats with these Easy Brownie Bite Gnomes that are perfect for festive celebrations!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup brownie mix
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package (12 oz) chocolate candy melts
  • 1 package (1 oz) candy eyes
  • 1 package (4 oz) mini marshmallows
  • 1 package (1 oz) colored sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, water, vegetable oil, and egg. Stir until well combined.
  4. Spoon the brownie batter into the mini muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Allow the brownies to cool completely in the tin.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth to create a glaze.
  8. Once the brownies are cool, dip the tops of each brownie bite into the glaze, allowing any excess to drip off. Place the dipped brownies on a wire rack.
  9. Melt the chocolate candy melts according to package instructions.
  10. Dip the top of each brownie bite into the melted chocolate, then immediately place a mini marshmallow on top to create the gnome’s hat.
  11. Use a small amount of melted chocolate to attach candy eyes to the front of the brownie bite.
  12. Sprinkle colored sprinkles around the base for decoration.
  13. Allow the chocolate to set before serving.

Notes

  • For a fun twist, try using different colored candy melts for the gnome hats.
  • You can also substitute the mini marshmallows with small ice cream cones for a unique gnome hat look.
