A delightful dessert combining the flavors of banana pudding and cheesecake in a convenient cone.
Ingredients

- 1 cup of crushed vanilla wafers
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 12 ice cream cones
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped topping and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Layer the crushed vanilla wafers at the bottom of each ice cream cone.
- Add a layer of the cream cheese mixture on top of the wafers.
- Place a few banana slices on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Repeat the layers until the cones are filled.
- Top with additional whipped topping and banana slices if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For best results, use ripe bananas for added sweetness.
- These cones can be made a few hours in advance but are best served the same day.
- Feel free to add a drizzle of chocolate or caramel sauce on top for extra flavor.
