A delightful dessert combining the flavors of banana pudding and cheesecake in a convenient cone.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of crushed vanilla wafers
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 ice cream cones

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Layer the crushed vanilla wafers at the bottom of each ice cream cone.
  4. Add a layer of the cream cheese mixture on top of the wafers.
  5. Place a few banana slices on top of the cream cheese layer.
  6. Repeat the layers until the cones are filled.
  7. Top with additional whipped topping and banana slices if desired.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For best results, use ripe bananas for added sweetness.
  • These cones can be made a few hours in advance but are best served the same day.
