Instructions
- Wash, hull, and slice strawberries in half lengthwise. Gently scoop out a small bit from the center of each half to create room for filling.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy. Add a little cream or milk to thin, if needed.
- Spoon or pipe the cream cheese mixture into each strawberry half.
- Top with crushed graham crackers, mini chocolate chips, or a dash of sprinkles if desired.
- Chill for at least 20 minutes before serving.
