Instructions

  1. Wash, hull, and slice strawberries in half lengthwise. Gently scoop out a small bit from the center of each half to create room for filling.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy. Add a little cream or milk to thin, if needed.
  3. Spoon or pipe the cream cheese mixture into each strawberry half.
