Instructions
- Boil potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, about 10–12 minutes. Drain.
- While warm, toss with vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add dill if using. Let sit at room temperature or chill before serving.

- For a stronger vinegar flavor, let the salad sit longer before serving.
