Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin.
- In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add egg and vanilla; mix well.
- Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt until dough forms.
- Press 1 tablespoon dough into each muffin cup. Top with a pineapple ring and cherry.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until edges are golden.
- Let cool slightly, then gently remove from tin. Serve warm or chilled.
