Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb sausage
  • 1/2 lb pepperoni
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 pie crust
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef, sausage, and onion over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add the diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
  5. Layer the meat mixture in the pie crust, then top with pepperoni and shredded cheese.
  6. Cover with another layer of pie crust, sealing the edges.
  7. Cut slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
