Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup diced fruit (such as strawberries, blueberries, and bananas)
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the flavored gelatin in boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved.
  2. Add cold water to the gelatin mixture and stir well.
  3. In a clear serving dish, layer the diced fruit at the bottom.
  4. Pour the gelatin mixture over the fruit and refrigerate until set, about 4 hours.
  5. Once set, top with whipped cream and garnish with mint leaves before serving.
