Ingredients

- 1 package (3 oz) of flavored gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 cup diced fruit (such as strawberries, blueberries, and bananas)
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Dissolve the flavored gelatin in boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved.
- Add cold water to the gelatin mixture and stir well.
- In a clear serving dish, layer the diced fruit at the bottom.
- Pour the gelatin mixture over the fruit and refrigerate until set, about 4 hours.
- Once set, top with whipped cream and garnish with mint leaves before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to use any combination of fruits you like.
- For a more colorful presentation, use multiple flavors of gelatin.
