Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups cream cheese
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Dalgona candy, crushed
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add heavy cream and vanilla extract, and continue to beat until fluffy.
  5. Fold in the crushed Dalgona candy gently into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Pour the mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes, then let it cool to room temperature.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a stronger Dalgona flavor, increase the amount of crushed Dalgona candy.
  • Ensure the cheesecake is fully chilled for the best texture.
  • Top with additional Dalgona candy before serving for decoration.
