- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- For the crumb topping:
- ¼ cup almond flour
- 2 tablespoons erythritol
- 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In a large bowl, combine almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, almond milk, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each cavity about ¾ full.
- In a separate bowl, mix the crumb topping ingredients until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the topping evenly over the donut batter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the donuts to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- For a chocolate version, add 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder to the batter.
- Serve with a side of sugar-free whipped cream or a dollop of cream cheese frosting for added flavor.
