A simple and delicious recipe for making chicken tacos in a crockpot.

- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- 8 small tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Optional toppings: sour cream, avocado, cilantro
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the chicken.
- Add the salsa, black beans, and corn to the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix it with the other ingredients.
- Serve the chicken mixture in tortillas and top with cheese and optional toppings.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the taco seasoning and salsa overnight.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or onions.
- This recipe can be easily doubled for larger gatherings.
