Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken thighs in the crock pot.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken thighs in the crock pot.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once cooked, serve the chicken with the sauce from the crock pot.
