Ingredients

- 4 chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
Instructions
- Place the chicken thighs in the crock pot.
- In a bowl, mix together the melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken thighs in the crock pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, serve the chicken with the sauce from the crock pot.

- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the sauce for a few hours before cooking.
