Instructions
- Cook the shelf-stable gnocchi according to package instructions until they float to the top.
- Drain and pat dry the gnocchi with a paper towel.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the gnocchi to the skillet and cook until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until they soften.
- Remove from heat and stir in the fresh mozzarella and basil.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
