Instructions

  1. Cook the shelf-stable gnocchi according to package instructions until they float to the top.
  2. Drain and pat dry the gnocchi with a paper towel.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the gnocchi to the skillet and cook until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
