Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
