- 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic seasoning
- 1 teaspoon dried onion flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the sharp cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, garlic seasoning, dried onion flakes, smoked paprika, black pepper, and sea salt until well blended.
- Using a tablespoon, drop spoonfuls of the cheese mixture onto the lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Gently press each mound down with the back of the spoon to create flat rounds.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 6-8 minutes, watching closely until the edges turn golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
- Once done, remove from the oven and allow the cheesy bites to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes to firm up.
- Transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely and achieve the perfect crunch.
