Ingredients
- Fish skin – 200g
- Taco shells – 4
- Wasabi – 1 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise – 1/2 cup
- Lettuce – 1 cup, shredded
- Tomato – 1, diced
- Cilantro – 1/4 cup, chopped
- Lime – 1, juiced
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Prepare the fish skin by cleaning and drying it thoroughly.
- Season the fish skin with salt and pepper.
- Place the fish skin on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy.
- While the fish skin is baking, mix the wasabi and mayonnaise in a bowl to create the wasabi mayo.
- Once the fish skin is crispy, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly.
- Assemble the tacos by placing the crispy fish skin in the taco shells.
- Add shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and chopped cilantro on top.
- Drizzle with wasabi mayo and lime juice before serving.

- For extra flavor, marinate the fish skin in lime juice before baking.
- Adjust the amount of wasabi in the mayo according to your spice preference.
