Description

Delicious and crunchy tacos made with crispy fish skin and a zesty wasabi mayo.


Ingredients

  • Fish skin – 200g
  • Taco shells – 4
  • Wasabi – 1 tablespoon
  • Mayonnaise – 1/2 cup
  • Lettuce – 1 cup, shredded
  • Tomato – 1, diced
  • Cilantro – 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Lime – 1, juiced
  • Salt – to taste
  • Pepper – to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Prepare the fish skin by cleaning and drying it thoroughly.
  3. Season the fish skin with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the fish skin on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy.
  5. While the fish skin is baking, mix the wasabi and mayonnaise in a bowl to create the wasabi mayo.
  6. Once the fish skin is crispy, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly.
  7. Assemble the tacos by placing the crispy fish skin in the taco shells.
  8. Add shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and chopped cilantro on top.
  9. Drizzle with wasabi mayo and lime juice before serving.
