- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked ground beef (seasoned with salt and pepper)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, cooked ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Using a tablespoon, drop heaping spoonfuls of the cheese and beef mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Flatten each mound slightly with the back of the spoon.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let the chips cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a different flavor, try using a mix of cheeses such as mozzarella or pepper jack.
- Add diced jalapeños or olives to the mixture for an extra kick and flavor.
