Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked ground beef (seasoned with salt and pepper)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, cooked ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. Using a tablespoon, drop heaping spoonfuls of the cheese and beef mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Flatten each mound slightly with the back of the spoon.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  5. Remove from the oven and let the chips cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  6. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
