Ingredients

- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 4 ounces bacon, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts, chopped bacon, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the Brussels sprouts are well coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the Brussels sprouts are crispy and the bacon is cooked through.
- If using, drizzle with balsamic vinegar before serving for added flavor.
Notes
- For extra crunch, broil the Brussels sprouts for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
