- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon water
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- In a bowl, combine almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and water until smooth.
- Dip each onion ring into the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off, then coat with the almond flour mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
- Arrange the coated onion rings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.

- For extra crunch, try adding a tablespoon of crushed pork rinds to the almond flour mixture.
