Description

Delicious and creamy vegan chocolate fudge pops that are easy to make and perfect for a sweet treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine coconut milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, almond butter, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Whisk the mixture until smooth and well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  4. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  5. To remove the pops, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark cocoa powder.
  • These pops can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
  • Feel free to add nuts or chocolate chips for extra texture.
