Delicious and creamy vegan chocolate fudge pops that are easy to make and perfect for a sweet treat.
Ingredients

- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine coconut milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, almond butter, and a pinch of salt.
- Whisk the mixture until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- To remove the pops, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark cocoa powder.
- These pops can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
- Feel free to add nuts or chocolate chips for extra texture.
