- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped spinach, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the heavy cream and chicken broth.
- Bring the sauce to a simmer and add the baked meatballs, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve the meatballs with the creamy sauce over pasta or rice.
Notes
- For a lighter version, you can use ground chicken instead of turkey.
