  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped spinach, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  5. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the heavy cream and chicken broth.
  6. Bring the sauce to a simmer and add the baked meatballs, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
