A delicious and creamy dip made with corn and jalapeños, perfect for snacking.
Ingredients

- 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1–2 jalapeños, diced (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Add the drained corn, diced jalapeños, shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, add more jalapeños or include some of the seeds.
- This dip can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
