Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 12 jalapeños, diced (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  2. Add the drained corn, diced jalapeños, shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.

Notes

  • For a spicier dip, add more jalapeños or include some of the seeds.
  • This dip can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
