  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and 1/4 cup of sugar until it resembles wet sand.
  3. Firmly press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to create a solid crust.
  4. In a large bowl, blend the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  5. Gradually add in the remaining 1 cup of sugar, mixing until fully incorporated.
