Ingredients

- 2 cups brewed chai tea, cooled
- 1 cup coconut milk (canned or carton)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled chai tea, coconut milk, maple syrup (or honey), vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground cardamom, ground cloves, and salt. Whisk until well blended.
- Pour the mixture into ice cube trays, filling each compartment about three-quarters full.
- Using a toothpick or skewer, swirl the mixture gently to create a marbled effect.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.
- Once frozen, pop the chai latte cubes out of the trays and store them in a resealable plastic bag or airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
- For a spicier flavor, add a pinch of black pepper to the mixture before freezing.
- Try using almond milk or oat milk instead of coconut milk for a different taste and texture.
