  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the avocados, coconut milk, honey (or maple syrup), cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Stir in the chopped mint leaves until evenly distributed.
  3. Line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  4. Pour the avocado mixture into the prepared loaf pan and spread it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the dark chocolate chips on top, gently pressing them into the mixture.
  6. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  7. Once frozen, remove the ice cream bars from the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into bars and serve immediately.
