- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 4 ounces cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 12 mini sweet peppers, halved and seeds removed
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Mix until well blended.
- Take each mini sweet pepper half and fill it generously with the cream cheese and bacon mixture.
- Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the filling is slightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh chives if desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy your delicious keto snack!

- For a spicy kick, add diced jalapeños to the filling mixture.
