Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 ounces cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 12 mini sweet peppers, halved and seeds removed
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Mix until well blended.
  3. Take each mini sweet pepper half and fill it generously with the cream cheese and bacon mixture.
  4. Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the filling is slightly golden.
