A delicious and creamy cranberry whipped feta dip that pairs perfectly with assorted crackers.

- 8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup fresh cranberries (or 1/2 cup cranberry sauce)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
- Assorted crackers for serving
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the crumbled feta cheese and softened cream cheese. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add the fresh cranberries (or cranberry sauce), honey, lemon juice, black pepper, and garlic powder to the food processor. Blend until well combined and creamy.
- Taste the dip and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if desired.
- Transfer the whipped feta dip to a serving bowl and sprinkle chopped parsley on top for garnish.
- Serve immediately with assorted crackers or refrigerate for up to 2 hours to let the flavors meld before serving.
