- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and sweetened condensed milk. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract, chopped cranberries, orange zest, and salt until well combined.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Once set, lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper overhang and cut into bite-sized squares.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, try adding a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg to the fudge mixture.
- You can also substitute the dried cranberries with dried cherries or raisins for a different twist.
