Description

A festive and delicious Cranberry Brie Pull-Apart Bread Wreath perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cans (16.5 oz each) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 8 oz Brie cheese, cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1/4 cup fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Open the cans of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Cut each biscuit into quarters.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the biscuit pieces, melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the biscuit pieces are well coated.
  4. Grease a large baking sheet or pizza stone. Arrange half of the biscuit pieces in a circular wreath shape, leaving a small gap in the center.
  5. Place small pieces of Brie cheese and spoonfuls of cranberry sauce evenly over the first layer of biscuit pieces.
  6. Add the remaining biscuit pieces on top of the cheese and cranberry sauce, creating a second layer of the wreath.
  7. Brush the entire wreath with the beaten egg to give it a golden color when baked.
  8. Sprinkle the chopped rosemary over the top of the wreath.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and cooked through.
  10. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Pull apart pieces to enjoy with the melted Brie and cranberry sauce.

Notes

  • For a sweeter twist, add a tablespoon of brown sugar to the melted butter before tossing with the biscuit pieces.
  • You can also substitute the cranberry sauce with apple butter or fig jam for a different flavor profile.
