Description
A festive and delicious Cranberry Brie Pull-Apart Bread Wreath perfect for holiday gatherings.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cans (16.5 oz each) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 8 oz Brie cheese, cut into small pieces
- 1 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 1/4 cup fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Open the cans of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Cut each biscuit into quarters.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the biscuit pieces, melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the biscuit pieces are well coated.
- Grease a large baking sheet or pizza stone. Arrange half of the biscuit pieces in a circular wreath shape, leaving a small gap in the center.
- Place small pieces of Brie cheese and spoonfuls of cranberry sauce evenly over the first layer of biscuit pieces.
- Add the remaining biscuit pieces on top of the cheese and cranberry sauce, creating a second layer of the wreath.
- Brush the entire wreath with the beaten egg to give it a golden color when baked.
- Sprinkle the chopped rosemary over the top of the wreath.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and cooked through.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. Pull apart pieces to enjoy with the melted Brie and cranberry sauce.
Notes
- For a sweeter twist, add a tablespoon of brown sugar to the melted butter before tossing with the biscuit pieces.
- You can also substitute the cranberry sauce with apple butter or fig jam for a different flavor profile.
