- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Combine hash browns, cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, butter, and onion in a bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper, and transfer to the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
