- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions
- Take the filet mignon steaks out of the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season both sides of the steaks generously with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, chives, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Add olive oil to the hot grill or skillet. Place the steaks on the grill or skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness is reached.
- During the last minute of cooking, top each steak with a generous dollop of the cowboy butter mixture and allow it to melt over the steaks.
- Remove the steaks from the heat and let them rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
