- 2 cups coconut water
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Juice of 1 lime
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the coconut water and fresh orange juice.
- Add the honey, grated ginger, turmeric powder, and black pepper to the pitcher. Stir well until the honey is fully dissolved.
- Squeeze the juice of one lime into the mixture and stir again.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the cocktail mixture over the ice.
- Garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves before serving.
Notes
- For a refreshing twist, add a splash of sparkling water just before serving for some fizz.
- Substitute the orange juice with pineapple juice for a tropical flavor or mix in some berries for added antioxidants.
