- 2 cups fresh or frozen corn kernels
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 2-quart baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the corn kernels, milk, heavy cream, sugar, eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, salt, black pepper, and baking powder. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
