Copycat Taco Bell Mexican Pizzas are the ultimate dinner recipe!


Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 1 cup cooked ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup taco sauce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread refried beans on one side of each tortilla.
  3. Layer cooked ground beef on top of the beans.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the beef.
  5. Top with taco sauce, diced tomatoes, black olives, and green onions.
  6. Place the second tortilla on top of each pizza.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the tortillas are crispy and the cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
