Copycat Taco Bell Mexican Pizzas are the ultimate dinner recipe!
Ingredients

- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup refried beans
- 1 cup cooked ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup taco sauce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread refried beans on one side of each tortilla.
- Layer cooked ground beef on top of the beans.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the beef.
- Top with taco sauce, diced tomatoes, black olives, and green onions.
- Place the second tortilla on top of each pizza.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the tortillas are crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
Notes
- Feel free to customize toppings based on your preference.
- For a vegetarian version, omit the ground beef.
- Serve with sour cream or guacamole for added flavor.
