Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons chili crisp
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine shrimp, chili crisp, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and cooked through.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of chili crisp based on your spice preference.
- Serve with rice or noodles for a complete meal.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
