Condensed milk snowball truffles coated in white chocolate are irresistible!
Ingredients

- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 8 ounces white chocolate, chopped
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for thinning chocolate)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until well blended.
- Add the shredded coconut, crushed graham crackers, and cocoa powder to the mixture. Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 1 hour, or until the mixture is firm enough to handle.
- Once chilled, use your hands to form small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) from the mixture. Place the formed truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chopped white chocolate and coconut oil (if using). Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
- Dip each truffle into the melted white chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off. Return the coated truffles to the parchment-lined baking sheet.
- If desired, sprinkle additional shredded coconut on top of the truffles before the chocolate sets.
- Refrigerate the truffles for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is firm.
Notes
- For a fun twist, try adding a teaspoon of almond extract for a nutty flavor.
- Mix in mini chocolate chips for added texture.
- Roll the truffles in finely chopped nuts or crushed cookies instead of coconut for a different coating.
