Instructions
- Make the slaw: In a large bowl, combine kimchi, shredded cabbage, grated carrot, and green onions. Add rice vinegar, sesame oil, and honey. Toss well to combine.
- Assemble tacos: Warm tortillas briefly. Spoon kimchi slaw generously into each. Add avocado slices and cilantro if desired. Serve with lime wedges.
- Garnish: Sprinkle sesame seeds over the tacos for extra crunch and flavor.
