Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Cut the watermelon into thick steaks, about 1 inch wide.
- In a small bowl, mix together the ground coffee, brown sugar, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub the coffee mixture generously over both sides of the watermelon steaks.
- Place the watermelon steaks on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until grill marks appear.
- Remove the steaks from the grill and let them cool slightly.
- Top the grilled watermelon with crumbled feta cheese and garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
