Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons ground coffee
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Cut the watermelon into thick steaks, about 1 inch wide.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the ground coffee, brown sugar, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Rub the coffee mixture generously over both sides of the watermelon steaks.
  5. Place the watermelon steaks on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until grill marks appear.
  6. Remove the steaks from the grill and let them cool slightly.
  7. Top the grilled watermelon with crumbled feta cheese and garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
