Description
A refreshing and creamy coconut yogurt tzatziki served with crispy za’atar chips.
Ingredients

- 1 cup coconut yogurt
- 1 cucumber, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 4 large pita breads
- 2 tablespoons za’atar spice blend
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine coconut yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, chopped dill, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut pita breads into triangles and place them on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the pita triangles and sprinkle with za’atar spice blend.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until crispy and golden.
- Serve the coconut yogurt tzatziki with the za’atar chips for dipping.
Notes
- For a thicker tzatziki, strain the grated cucumber to remove excess moisture.
- Feel free to adjust the garlic and dill according to your taste preferences.
- Za’atar chips can be stored in an airtight container for a few days.
