Coconut Lime MCT Oil Fat Bombs are a delicious and energizing keto treat, perfect for a quick boost of clean energy.
Ingredients

- 1 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cup MCT oil
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 2 tablespoons lime zest
- 1/4 cup erythritol (or preferred sweetener)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the melted coconut oil and MCT oil. Stir until well blended.
- Add the unsweetened shredded coconut, lime juice, lime zest, erythritol, vanilla extract, and sea salt to the bowl. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds or an ice cube tray, filling each compartment about three-quarters full.
- Place the molds in the freezer for about 1-2 hours, or until the fat bombs are completely solid.
- Once solid, carefully remove the fat bombs from the molds and store them in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months.
Notes
- For a chocolate twist, add 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder to the mixture before pouring it into molds.
- Experiment with different citrus flavors by substituting lime juice and zest with lemon or orange for a refreshing variation.
