- 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 cup cooked and diced chicken breast
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, crumbled bacon, diced chicken, diced tomatoes, diced avocado, crumbled blue cheese, and chopped green onions. Toss gently to mix the ingredients evenly.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the red wine vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all the ingredients.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
