Cloud Bread is a light and fluffy low-carb alternative to traditional bread, perfect for sandwiches or as a dessert.
Ingredients

- 3 large eggs, separated
- 3 tbsp cream cheese, softened
- ¼ tsp cream of tartar
- 1 tsp granulated sweetener (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- In a bowl, whip egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix yolks, cream cheese, sweetener, and salt until smooth.
- Gently fold yolk mixture into whites. Spoon into 6 mounds on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden. Let cool before handling.
Notes
- Use as sandwich buns or sweeten with cinnamon for a dessert version.
- Store in an airtight container (best eaten fresh).
